Jacob Santos

Professional Bio

I am a first-year student at Penn State studying Biobehavioral Health on the pre-dental track. My interests include epidemiology, human anatomy and physiology, and neuroscience. I joined the Skeletal Morphogenetics Analysis Laboratory through the NASA PA Space Grant Research Internship Program. My research with the Skeletal Morphogenetics Analysis Laboratory includes assisting Dr. Pitirri in collecting data regarding mice carrying a mutation on fibroblast growth factor receptors and analyzing how it affects overall tooth morphology.
