Graduate student Makenna Lenover awarded NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant Consortium Graduate Fellowship

Lab member Makenna Lenover will be a NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant Consortium Graduate Fellow for the 2020-2021 academic year. Her project proposes to investigate how the bone properties of the growing skull change when exposed to non-traditional forces, like microgravity, through finite element analysis. She will be participating in outreach and mentoring activities throughout the academic year promoting science awareness and participation.
