Jacob Santos

Professional Bio

I am a first-year student at Penn State studying Biobehavioral Health on the pre-dental track. My interests include epidemiology, human anatomy and physiology, and neuroscience. I joined the Richtsmeier Laboratory through the NASA PA Space Grant Research Internship Program. My research with the Richtsmeier Lab includes assisting Dr. Pitirri in collecting data regarding mice carrying a mutation on fibroblast growth factor receptors and analyzing how it affects overall tooth morphology.
