Professional Bio

I’m a data scientist with extensive experience in medical CT processing using deep learning. During my time in the lab, I developed an end-to-end data archiving and preprocessing pipeline, and a robust 3D segmentation system. The system standardized preprocessing, inference, and QC to produce reproducible segmented masks that power the lab’s downstream morphometric and statistical analyses. I’m now an alum and remain in contact with the team, occasionally advising on pipeline maintenance and updates.
